I was raised in a family of entertainers and characters. Family dinners were a combination of stand up comedy and broken but heart felt Broadway. My dad’s sticky green thumb ( if you don’t know….you don’t know) got us by, and mom’s beautiful voice paid the rent. With weekends spent crashing dances, chopping chicks and running naked in the surf, it’s hard to imagine ending up anywhere else.
The Big Island brought me the gift of music and I’ve been an addict ever since. From my first brush with an ukulele to aunties singing in church, it’s always kept me awake and led me on the most amazing journeys…”happenings” if you will.
And I want more……
